SPI

At the moment, I am not going to open an SPI case on you, as you haven't been disruptive. Should that behavior change, we'll figure out where to go next. However, one thing in your comment on Talk:Water-fuelled car concerns me, and that is your admission that many people in your office have tried to post things on Wikipedia. As the director of your company, I strongly recommend that you tell your employees not to do so. Again, while COI doesn't prohibit editors from editing Wikipedia, it does serve as a strong warning that it is very difficult to be neutral with respect to one's employer or close colleagues. People related to Santilli have demonstrated this over and over again in various places. Ultimately, if you want Wikipedia to change, what you need to change instead is the public perception of Santilli's work and company, magnecules, anti-Eintsteinism, etc. More specifically, the perception you need to change is the one demonstrated within reliable scientific journals and the like. All we can do here is report what those reliable sources tell us, so trying to "get the story straight" here doesn't work very well. Again, I mean no disrespect. If either you or any of your employees are seriously interested in improving Wikipedia, almost certainly the best thing you (all) can do is to start by working on articles that have absolutely nothing to do with Santilli at all, whether that's pop music, European cities, ancient Indian history, the cuisine of modern Japan...whatever subjects interest them that they don't have a strong personal and financial connection to. Everything you say is correct and appreciated and I am certainly not condoning inappropriate behavior. In the case of the references in Water Fuelled Car (which are peer-refereed) it is the only time (thru you) that some consideration is given to do something about (add them, delete the entire section, have a link or other appropriate disposition) in accordance with Wikipedia policies. In regard to the magnecules there are many well established and legitimate publications that are in support, including a scientific monograph on Hadronic Chemistry published by Springer Verlag sold on Amazon and a book translated by Editori Riuniti in Italy . I am not even going there so not to give the perception that I am advertising. The public perception of Santilli is secondary to the perception of his work by patent offices, legitimate publishers and funding sources, however I thank you again for your valid opinion.
