Welcome

Welcome!

Hello, Sarcher70, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your edit to House of Numbers does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  Eclectic hippie talk to me 02:39, 13 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Biographical material

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions, including your edits to House of Numbers. However, please be aware of Wikipedia's policy that biographical information about living persons must not be libelous. Any controversial statements about a living person added to an article, or any other Wikipedia page, must include proper sources. Thank you. MastCell Talk 04:35, 13 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Reliable sources needed

[edit]

Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of previously published material to our articles as you apparently did to House of Numbers. Please cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thank you. Keepcalmandcarryon (talk) 17:23, 13 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Several clarifications: YouTube videos are not reliable sources. Copyrighted text should not be copied into Wikipedia articles as you have done. Original research is not permitted. Trivia about individuals of questionable notability is inappropriate, especially in the absence of reliable, third-party sources. Finally, removal of edits that do not conform to our policies is not censorship. Keepcalmandcarryon (talk) 17:35, 13 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

3RR Warning

Warning
Warning

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. Your recent edits

[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 14:45, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
