Hi Sasha,

Thanks for all your great edits to the PhoneDog article! You've definitely made it more thorough and comprehensive.

A couple suggestions:

  • Maybe add citations to secondary sources to the paragraphs that only cite the court case? For example, the first paragraph of the Interference with Prospective Economic Advantage section cites only the original court case. < comment: actually these paragraphs cite a law review journal as well>
  • Much of the District Court's Opinion section further explains the plaintiff's claims. Would it make sense to move some explanation of the claims (e.g. the definition of trade secrets) to the Claims section?

<comment: this would be odd organization, no?>

  • Looks like some of the text was copied from cases referenced in citation #5. Maybe a good idea to put these sections in a block quote?
