This page needs a lot of work if it is going to remain published in mainspace. I believe the topic is notable, and we already have several other articles about similar concepts, and this page is sourced; for those reasons I'm not going to draftify it myself but do not object to anyone else moving it to draftspace. I'm working to determine the appropriate tags to apply that will cover all the issues without tag-bombing the page.
