Seems like the orientation of the map of Siena province does not exactly match with the one displayed i the map of Italy.

The map of Siena province has an eastern border that is (roughtly) a diagonal that is definitely more than 45%. In the map of Italy it is only about 45%. And the teeth jags of the western border are vertical in one and but overcutting in the other. So the orientation of one of the maps is not true north. This is very fine point, but the same bug probably affects other pages as well. If so, it is a subtle error repeated thousands of times. ScotKelly (talk) 15:13, 14 February 2024 (UTC)
