Please provide verification that this is your own photograph and state that you are the photographer (the source) on the image page in Wiki[m]edia Commons. See the image page and other related links. Thank you. NYScholar (talk) 19:28, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Updated name--it's now "Wikimedia Commons" (redirects to that page): Wikimedia Commons. --NYScholar (talk) 07:22, 22 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
As stated on the main page of Wikipedia, "Wikipedia is hosted by the Wikimedia Foundation, a non-profit organization that also hosts a range of other projects:" including Wikimedia Commons. (In questioning the validity of the way this image is described by the uploader in Wikimedia Commons--which I mistyped as "Wikipedia Commons", I have pointed out that the images in Wikimedia Commons [what I intend] must follow the policies and guidelines for licensing in Wikimedia Commons [that is what I intended]. It seems to me that those responding have missed the point. If Seraphina426, the so-called "original uploader" of this photographic image to English Wikipedia (not to Wikimedia Commons), is the person who took the photograph and hence "the source" of this image, then that needs to be more clearly stated. It is still not clearly stated. It is an assumption of the uploader based on a comment made above. Seraphina426 has not returned to Wikipedia and never posted anything in Wikimedia Commons, since 2007, over a year ago. That image description page needs further attention and cleanup to be in keeping with Wikimedia Commons policies for licensing images in its description page. The current description page links to itself, not to a previous image description page in Wikipedia (as it states), which is no longer accessible, as the image page has been deleted from Wikipedia. The image still appears as an illustration opposite a section of the article Jason Isaacs. --NYScholar (talk) 07:30, 22 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I've updated the image description, with links to this page. --NYScholar (talk) 00:31, 28 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
