Information icon Hello, I'm Dcheagle. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, it's important to be mindful of the feelings of your fellow editors, who may be frustrated by certain types of interaction, such as your addition to User:KumiokoCleanStart. While you probably didn't intend any offense, please do remember that Wikipedia strives to be an inclusive atmosphere. In light of that, it would be greatly appreciated if you could moderate yourself so as not to offend. Thank you. Dcheagletalkcontribs 03:45, 12 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

@Dcheagle:. I have been here for 2 days and after reading a lot of different talk pages and comments in edit summaries I can see that this place is anything but striving to be an inclusive atmosphere. In fact it seems at every level the only valued contributors are admins and those who are close to them. This culture has a deep distrust for anyone outside the admin circle and it even seems in a multitude of policies that those who are not admins don't have a "clue". Th down side to that is that in order to be an admin one must have been here for years, have accrued thousands of edits, somehow avoid irritating anyone with an obvious unhealthy interest in an article or ties to the block tool that admins seem to be looking for a reason to use. In less than 2 days I saw admins block editors for disagreeing, one admin blocked an editor and made a wild interpretation of policy, this KumiokoCleanStart editor who seemed to have been blocked because of vocal opposition to abusive admins and the list goes on including an obvious link to the Arbcom (which appears to be the governing body) and a campaign of harassment and expulsion of editors who question the leadership of the site. This is not what I expected to find when I decided to edit the articles I had been reading for years. I have no interest in participating on this cannibalistic culture and I cannot image many who would. Shiftiest (talk) 15:30, 12 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
