Speedy deletion of Simulation123

A tag has been placed on Simulation123 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a club, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Promotional links/Conflict of interest

If you were unaware, the addition of your group's URL to various articles is against Wikipedia's linking policy. I have removed the links (as well as some other promotional links, the presence of which may have given you the impression that your link was ok too). Your username also indicates a clear conflict of interest. It might be helpful to read our username policy (particularly the section entitled Company/group names). Accounts with names like yours are usually blocked on sight when they appear to be strongly related to the subject they are editing. If you wish to continue to contribute to Wikipedia, it might be best to re-register under a different username, just to avoid the impression of COI.

I read your post on Anthony Appleyard's talk page. Essentially you have it correct - if your group is notable outside of its members, it will be written about in reliable, third-party published sources... and then we can create an article about it. If it's not, we can't. However, while we may not be able to accept an article on Simulation123 (at least, until the above condition is met), you are welcome to contribute elsewhere. I don't blame you, and thanks for understanding. Given the exposure of the site, we're fairly strict about anything that appears to be promotional in nature - there are even companies out there that sell their services, claiming they can increase sales by inserting subtle edits into our articles. I don't for one moment believe you were doing this or anything like it, but thanks to such people we've developed a bit of a 'shoot first, questions later' policy.

If you intend to rewrite your article, and most importantly can source it, I can restore it to your userspace for you to work on. However, if you intend to do this, it would be best to abandon this account and re-register under a new username. Our COI policy has already been pointed out to you; it doesn't explicitly prohibit you working on that article, as long as you can give it a sourced, objective treatment. If you want to give this a try, you'll need to drop me another note under your new username when you're ready (at which point I'll close this Simulation123simulation123 account). I'm afraid I can't give you any guarantees that it wouldn't get deleted again, but if you can get third-party independent sources in there to establish notability, the chances are greatly reduced.
