About revival of Pascal section in comparison of web application frameworks[edit]

Hello SirGalahad,

I am the original author of the section. The section was removed due to violation of Wikipedia:LINKFARM. I was suggested to write articles for each frameworks first, and only then links the articles to the list. Otherwise, the section is considered a(n external) link farm. So, before it gets removed again, if you're willing, please write those articles :)

And oh, please add Brook framework as well. I might want to write about fpWeb and Brook when I have enough time, my experiences with other frameworks are either low (FreeSpider, ExtPascal) or none (the rest).
