Username[edit]
Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia. I'm Euryalus, an administrator here. I notice from this edit that you're aware that your username resembles the one used by another editor.
I agree with you that your names are not exactly the same, and there is no evidence that you are trying to impersonate them. However to avoid confusion it might be a good idea to request a rename. This is not mandatory, but from your comment at their usertalk you seem okay with the idea. If you do wish to go ahead with a new username, it can be requested here.

- Looking forwards to a reply from user:dostojewskij. Taking into account, that it is neither his name nor his personal artist name, but that our names rather happen to be both inspired by the same russian author, I don't see any need to change my name (thinking of how many wikipedians happen to have napoleon within their name). Anyways, considering changing the name if the user himself is prefering it, or if i'm coming up with a better name. DostojewskijsLinkeSocke (talk) 10:31, 31 March 2024 (UTC)
