2. At an administrator's discretion, you may be unblocked for 24 hours to file a change of name request.

Your username is the proximate cause of your block, but you have other issues you need to address if you wish to edit here. First, it is Wikipedia policy that an account may not be shared. Each account can only be accessible by one individual. For that reason alone, it may not be possible to unblock this account. Also, if you read Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure, you will understand that an individual that is making edits for their employer is required to disclose that fact.
