This style guide is very focused on diseases of commercially significant plants, so gives a negative impression. Most plant diseases affect only wild plants and make a significant contribution to biodiversity (in most ecosystems they have greater biodiversity than the plant hosts). Only very few phytophagous insects are "pests" and very few plant parasites are "diseases". Suggest restricting its use to diseases of commercially significant plants and producing a second style guide for diseases of wild species which is more ecological (and perhaps includes a heading for the estimated threat of it jumping to any related commercially significant species.) Or maybe it would be better to have a header and footer section which are common, then two boiler-plate chunks: one for diseases of commercially significant plants and a second for those of wild plants.
