Midnight happens to be the last and the first hour of a day. It's the last hour of the day before the next which concludes to the enjoyment of the first hour of the day after that. Most people like midnight because of that reason but on the other hand, most people dislike midnight. I think that most people dislike midnight because they are never awake to see the clock switch to the first minute of the twelfth hour. I believe that the only time that the people who dislike midnight are awake is usually when they have to stay up all night to see the ball drop on New Year's Eve.
I like midnight because it gets really dark and if I am having a bad day that day, I will have a chance to make it better the next. At midnight I also get the feeling that I am gonna like the next day better than the last.
