Just to underline it, we need INDEPENDENT and RELIABLE sources. Please avoid using documents from Opus Dei to tell the reader about it. While we're on the subject, if you have a conflict of interest because you're involved with what you're writing about, you need to announce that CoI and reconsider what you're doing.
