I have a feeling 178.226.91.212 may already have moved to a new IP address (dynamic IP). If you see them evading their two-week block – for example, by reverting your contributions while you both are blocked – please let me know ({{ping|ToBeFree}} ~~~~).

To prevent this from happening, I have semi-protected some of the affected articles for a month each. This prevents unregistered and new users from editing the pages; you'll see this action in the revision history of the affected pages.
