Why this user was blocked?

Why was this user blocked? The reason it's blocked is "Long-term abuse: Join Instagram at Under 13", but that doesn't explain much, and i still don't understand why it's blocked. InTheAstronomy32 (talk) 00:02, 2 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Update: Now I understand, "Join Instagram at Under 13" is a Wikipedia user blocked for being a sock puppet. I thought "Join Instagram at Under 13" was literally what it said: Someone joining the Instagram app under 13 years of age. This was confusing.
