The improvements you made to this article I thought were really great. You added some really good information and it was well organized. One thing that I would add are links so that people who don't know anything about the subject can gain a better understanding. Also, you may want to add something in the first paragraph that mentions there is a difference in prokaryotic vs. eukaryotic translational regulation so it gives somewhat of a preview what the whole article is about. Besides those two things the article looks great! I think that this is a great addition to an article. The main issues that I see are adding links for terms that people without a background in science may not know (such as peptide elongation).
