UTKRIST[edit]
UTKRIST is a friends referral system where users can get in touch with there friends or ex-colleagues working in there domain and interact with each other related to hiring. UTKRIST has different domains for different professionals like spog for semiconductor professionals, frog for software professionals and slog for IT, HR finance, admin professionals.
UTKRIST has some very exciting features:
• Hire: Broadcast openings in your group/company to your friend's circle. Find people who are looking out or open to exploring options.
• Explore: Know who is hiring in your industry.
• Find Jobs: Looking for some opportunities. See all openings in your domain through UTKRIST. Make your expertize visible to recruiters but not identity.
• Intereact: Interact privately with your recruiters or people who are looking out.
The membership is not open to all. Only current members can invite their friends,colleagues to join UTKRIST.
