If I were to find two users from the same city and reported them as a sock, would wiki admins ban them and suspect they are both the same people? I mean, How can I be that other user when I do not even edit the same pages as him? This seems to be based on mere speculation, rather than actual evidence. Not to mention there is no need for me to have socks, if I were that user, cause I could just make all the edits on 1 account.

Sock puppeting according to wiki rules is using multiple accounts to edit the same page, which on my actual other acc(RationalPi) I have not done at all.
