I kind of have "rules" on other lists. Like I try to keep one's purpose from overlapping the other and avoid things that are already on Wikiprojects. With this list I'm kind of being experimental and not following any rules. So there are Brazilians, people or places from English-speaking nations, Musicians, Women and names already in projects.
