Piero Scaruffi

[edit]

Hello TRM-G. I see that you tried to add an AFD nomination for Piero Scaruffi. However, you didn't actually create the deletion nomination page; nor did you tag the article. If you would still like to list the article for deletion, please see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion#How to list pages for deletion and follow the steps. Thanks. Tobermory

[edit]

Hi, I see you did a lot of work on the article Tobermory. However, that was a disambiguation page, whose sole purpose is to direct readers to articles with similar titles; it should therefore only consist of internal links with short explanations, according to the Manual of Style. (The logic being that if a reader wants to find the article on Tobermory, Mull, they'll put "Tobermory" into the search box and reach that page, from where they should be directed to the article they want with the minimum of fuss.) I hope you don't mind the fact that I removed most of what you added; I think all of it (with the exception of the Saki story) can be found in the relevant articles. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
