Diabetes mellitus

Please also note that only talk page entries need to be signed (not in the articles themselves as this edit Diabetes Mellitus). Your posting there of misconception did not WP:Cite from WP:Reliable sources to WP:Verify. Also the piece was written as if giving advice, which wikipedia does not do, or speculation to patients (unless can cite, then WP:No original research). Some mention that possible to maintain good health would seem sensible for the article, I wondered if even up in the introduction, but it would need some rephrasing and citations, so for now I have moved your posting to Talk:Diabetes mellitus and invited thoughts of other editors.
