I wanna about editing Wikipedia and publishing my edit but recently I have been doing but the changes I made are rejected or changed to old even though when citation is provided with photos.

It doesn't matter if the purpose is promotional; the text is extremely non-neutral, flowery, and generally unsuitable for an encyclopedia. Take a look at the first sentence: "Saguna Baug started in the late 1960's as a dream of Gandhian Freedom Fighter, who was popularly known as Shri Harikaka Bhadsavle."
