Copyright problems with Tender writing

Hello. Concerning your contribution, Tender writing, please note that Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted text or images obtained from other web sites or printed material, without the permission of the author(s). This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.tenders-uk.org/resources/ProposalWritingTips.pdf. As a copyright violation, Tender writing appears to qualify for deletion under the speedy deletion criteria. Tender writing has been tagged for deletion, and may have been deleted by the time you see this message.
If you believe that the article or image is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under the Creative Commons Attribution/Share-Alike License (CC-BY-SA) then you should do one of the following:

- It wasn't deleted because of a "supposed" copyright violation, it was deleted because it was a copyright violation. Some of the text was copied directly from this document which has a clear copyright notice on the bottom. However, since you claim to be the copyright holder, the directions for giving permission are right up above here in the other message on your talk page, including the email addresses. But... you have more issues than copyright with this article. First of all, it's not encyclopedic at all. It's merely a personal essay that appears to be an advertisement for your website. It doesn't meet any of the requirements for notability, so it will also get deleted. Not to mention, you have a major conflict of interest regarding this topic.
