Jason Reeves[edit]

Jason Reeves is an American singer-songwriter, born July 1, 1984, in Iowa City, Iowa.

  • The Magnificent Adventures of Heartache (And Other Frightening Tales...) (2007).[4] Magnificent Adventures debuted at #2 on iTunes's Folk chart, and was named one of iTunes's Top Folk Albums of 2007.

In July 2008, Warner Brothers announced that it had signed Reeves to a recording and distribution deal, and that it would rerelease his his 2007 album Magnificent Adventures in physical and digital form with four tracks remixed.[5]

Collaborations with other artists[edit]

Reeves is a credited co-writer on nine of the 12 tracks -- including its singles "Bubbly," "Realize," and "The Little Things" -- on Colby Caillat's debut album Coco, which went platinum and peaked at #5 on the US Billboard 200.[6] Caillat was the second person Reeves met when he moved to Los Angeles from Iowa.[7]

Reeves has toured throughout 2008 with fellow American singer-songwriter Tyrone Wells, with whom he has written songs which are unreleased but available on the Web, such as "Give Me One Reason"[8] and "Big Mistake."[9]
