You should probably look at these two pages: Help:Contents/Images and media which is the general help page on images and Wikipedia:Upload which is the actual page you got to upload images. It's also listed in the Toolbox on the left hand side of the screen. WP is strict on what non-free images you can upload. Take a look at the upload page and you will see options for logo's and screen shots. You must provide a detailed rationale for the fair use of non-free images. Also images uploaded directly to WIkipedia must be used within an article or they will be deleted.
