[edit]Overall it looks good, but I'm not sure which page you plan to add this to. Some specifics:
- The first few sections lack sources (everything you add to Wikipedia should have a supporting citation, and it should be clear to the reader which citation supports the content).
- The transition matrix and the classic performance metrics sections lack text. You shouldn't assume that an equation without explanatory text means anything at all to the average reader (who probably lacks a mathematical background beyond high school).
- The Example section should really be structured in sentence form.
