Unblock request

Many thanks your guidance. I tried to create a new account but found my IP address is also blocked due to spamming. As I have never contributed on any other subject, I am confused as to why I have been labelled a spammer? I know my email address with bluewin sometimes has problems, but bluewin is the official Swisscom (main supplier in Switzerland) domain name offered free with an adsl subscription so I have never understood this either.
