Googolplex

[edit]

Re your edit to that talk page, that has already been discussed. Please see Talk:Googolplex#Evidence.3F. The word is basically made up by some people that want to try to make it popular. That is the definition of what Wikipedia is not for. I'm sure you were just trying to help, but please instead work more on the other things you're doing like vandalism reversion which is really helpful. - Taxman Talk 03:41, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Liberty Middle School (New Jersey), by Wild One (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Liberty Middle School (New Jersey) fits the criteria for speedy deletion for the following reason:

The article gives no major description of the school other than information readers could guess by themselves, and is poorly organized. There is no reason that LMS should get a Wikipedia article but all the other schools in the West Orange district shouldn't.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Liberty Middle School (New Jersey), please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. --Android Mouse Bot 2 00:38, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings Recent Changes Patrollers!

This is a one-time-only message to inform you about technical proposals related to Recent Changes Patrol in the 2016 Community Wishlist Survey that I think you may be interested in reviewing and perhaps even voting for:

  1. Adjust number of entries and days at Last unpatrolled
  2. Editor-focused central editing dashboard
  3. "Hide trusted users" checkbox option on watchlists and related/recent changes (RC) pages
  4. Real-Time Recent Changes App for Android
  5. Shortcut for patrollers to last changes list

Further, there are more than 20 proposals related to Watchlists in general that you may be interested in reviewing. (and over 260 proposals in all, across many aspects of wikis)

Thank you for your consideration. Please note that voting for proposals continues through December 12, 2016.

Note: You received this message because you have transcluded {{User wikipedia/RC Patrol}} (user box) on your user page. Since this message is "one-time-only" there is no opt out for future mailings.

Best regards, SteviethemanDelivered: 01:10, 8 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading File:JarHeadScreenshot.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 14:07, 24 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The file File:Lion For Wikipedia.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unused. Low quality. Superseded by files at c:Category:Panthera leo.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 05:15, 6 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
