Hi there,

Our account was blocked for advertising or promotion but I don't understand why. It also says that the username indicates that the account represents a business or other organization. We are a university and I would like to update our account so it meets all compliance requirements. I am happy to create a new username if that is an issue. The whole thing was promotional, really. Remember when you learned the difference between facts and opinions in school? Wikipedia is based on facts. Stuff like "Boris Johnson is the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom" and "New York City is the most populous city in the United States". If you want to write your own opinions, you can start a blog. Also, you should follow the instructions above to request a new username.
