Every 365 years, the world is graced with the arrival of an individual so caring, warm-hearted, beautiful and full of life. However, 22 years ago, an anomaly of astronomical proportions took place with the birth of Elaine M. Townsend. With the birth of this 365th millennial miracle came a radiance that outshone that of her rare predecessors. She continued to shine brighter and brighter as she grew and now has a beauty and heart unmatched by those that came before her.
