Request to edit page of Farokh Tarapore[edit]

This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest was declined.

Specific text to be added or removed: Request addition of text & pictures that were published in version "18:15, 29 April 2021‎ Vedavatishetty". The information has been collated to complete the BOLP. If there are any sections that seem contentious, pls confirm.
Reason for the change: Farokh Tarapore Wikipedia page was incomplete. I have taken inputs & seen newspaper publications, the medals and experience of Lt. Cdr Farokh Tarapore. I have taken Subjects confirmation on the content and then only edited. This is my first edit. Kindly guide/help

An edit request is usually placed on the article talk page, not the editor's talk page. It is for editors who cannot or should not make the edits themselves. The issue here seems to be that you used a primary source, the person's own website, in your original edit of the article. You have also been asked by other editors if you have a conflict of interest and you have neither agreed nor denied it. It would help to answer the question yes or no. If yes, then you need to follow the instructions on WP:ER, and if no, then perhaps you need guidance in how to properly source your edits. You could ask at WP:TH if you need more help.
