Hi Steve and welcome to Wikipedia. I'm Brent, also a VVet and I wrote much of what you see in this article. No one owns any of the article here, we all contribute what we can to make Wikipedia better. Also I'm retired AF and the drone mission during the Vietnam War isn't something many people are aware of... largely because of the confidentiality of it. What the article basically is .. is really an overview. I'm sure you can add more details and enhance it.. I personally work in a very technical world these days, and I come by here when I can to just relax..
