Biography images must be free

Greetings! I've reverted the changes you made to Derek Dooley (American football coach). The problem is that the image you uploaded to Commons (which has been tagged there for speedy deletion) is not a free image of yours. It is copyrighted by the AP, per its usage in a Sports Illustrated story.[1]

Because there is nothing compelling and unique about the image of Dooley running practice, it cannot be used in his biography. Accordingly, I've reverted to the old image—even though it's in his old school's colours, it's a free image. For more information about these issues, see WP:Non-free content.
