Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because: Minor variation on name of well-known real person. If, after reviewing that policy, you believe your username does not violate policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you can file for a change of username, or you can simply create a new account and start using that one instead. The similarity between this username and the well-known New York stage/screen figure Julie Taymor is conspicuous and unexplained; it is particularly inappropriate to use such a name while editing articles in a manner intend to use Wikipedia to promote an individual based on claims related to the area where the real-world person is notable Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 17:53, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Promotional editing[edit]

Please stop. If you continue to add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Noel Ashman, you will be blocked from editing. Repeatedly adding such unsourced claims to this and to related articles, particularly those naming living individuals, as well as claims contradicted by the sources listed as links or references, also violates Wikipedia content policies. Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 17:56, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism[edit]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Speedway Junky, you will be blocked from editing. Adding exaggerated credits, contradicted by cited and reliable sources, which you have done to this and other articles, is a deliberate effort to undermine the accuracy of Wikipedia, and will not be tolerated here. Vandalism[edit]

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did to Mind the Gap, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

Hello, I am not sure exactly how to do this since I am new to wikipedia which I have stated to Hullaballoo Wolfowitz in the past. However I do intend to respond to this block since I do feel I have a justified response. First let me start by saying I am only responding to this post now because this is the first time I am seeing it. Again I am new to this site and so I am still learning as I go along. In response to Hullaballoo Wolfowitz's allegations of vandalism among other things, I have to say I have made every effort to try and correct my errors as I am editing. However each time I do and it is deemed unacceptable by Hullaballoo Wolfowitz, I have reached out to him for his expertise on his talk wall to be only met by silence. The only responses I saw from him were on the history page of Noel Ashman and each time they were very far from constructive. I asked repeatedly on his talk page what would be the appropriate format, what sources did HE consider reliable enough etc, still I was greeted with silence. It is not been until recently that I have seen other examples that are more appropriately cited on other wikipedia pages that I now understand how to cite properly. Which ironically was all I was looking for from Hullaballoo Wolfowitz during these past few months, a little guidance.

In terms of editing done to Mind the Gap and Speedway Junky, I did not understand the differences in titles when talking about production credits. I have since looked at the Producers Guild of America site and understand it now.

Lastly, in reference to my usage of the username julietamyor, it was never intentional my intention to try and represent someone else. The name is interestingly enough a joke amongst my friends and myself. I would be more than happy to change it to something else unrelated.

I hope that has cleared up some issues and I am happy to bring this issue to light because I am finally getting some real answers. Thank you for your time.

Repost of Noel Ashman[edit]

A tag has been placed on Noel Ashman requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's discussion directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead recreating the page. Thank you.
