Hello Viviana! I was reviewing through your article for a while. I assume that you added what was highlighted in red because there was no other indicators, so I will review that for you.

"According to a survey conducted by the National Life Insurance Company, four out of ten U.S. employees state that their jobs are "very" or "extremely" stressful.[31] Those in high-stress jobs are three times more likely than others to suffer from stress-related medical conditions and are twice as likely to quit. The study states that women, in particular, report stress related to the conflict between work and family." and "Employee assistance professionals say there are many causes for this situation ranging from personal ambition and the pressure of family obligations to the accelerating pace of technology.[31] According to a recent study for the Center for Work-Life Policy, 1.7 million people in the United States consider their jobs and their work hours excessive because of globalization.[43]"

Great job! This article is a topic that is probably a little hard to contribute too since there is already so much on it. The good news is that since it is so popular there are probably tons of great sources to help you contribute! The National Life Insurance Company is a great source, and so is the Center for Work-Life Policy so great job on that. I have nothing bad to say about these contributions! I think they are a phenomenal addition to the article. They are clear, concise, to the point, and they have great sources. The article you chose to edit is so interesting and applicable to everyone so I am sure when you post these edits to the real wikipedia page they might tweak it, but with sources this great that might not be the case! It is neutral, clear, and provides balanced coverage. Keep up the good work!
