Email[edit]

I'm going to send an email to you in the next few days regarding the unaccredited spammer. Arbusto 01:18, 21 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Stolen domain name group?[edit]

What do you mean by that phrase? JoshuaZ 01:47, 21 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I was familiar with the talkorigin.org and the infidelguy incidents. I wasn't aware of this other example of it. Thanks for the clarification. JoshuaZ 02:03, 21 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Email also[edit]

Also, I'm sending you an email through your Wikipedia email. JoshuaZ 02:05, 21 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed Tags?[edit]

I deliberately removed the []'s and the http from the tags on the talk page of Jack Delay so that the links would no longer be links but simply addresses. Why'd you put them back? Harvestdancer 20:39, 21 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It looks better, and serves my purpose better (as the writer) than having the address embedded in the text. The links serve as references to what is being said. What's going on with the removal of brackets and leaving the URL in as a string of text in the paragraphs? I don't get that. WarriorScribe 02:12, 22 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Davey[edit]

Davey is there now because I sent him an email asking him if the person claiming to be him on Meta was in fact Davey. JoshuaZ 18:40, 22 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also, at one part you refer to the "Wikipedia Universe" I'm pretty sure you mean "Wikimedia Universe" JoshuaZ 19:05, 22 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

First time I saw those comments and that login, I knew it wasn't him. And sorry 'bout the "Universe" thing...I'm not clear about those distinctions. WarriorScribe 19:10, 22 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
[Removed comment about off-Wiki issue. WS]

Metawiki[edit]

In case you didn't notice the spam was deleted. Arbusto 03:17, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't notice...exceptionally busy lately; but thanks for the heads-up. WarriorScribe 09:44, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Comments about off-Wiki issues[edit]

My understanding with respect to Wikipedia policy is that they would tend to prefer that issues relating to events that occur outside of Wiki projects should not be brought in to Wiki projects. To that end, I will ask editors not to post comments about those things on the talk page, unless it relates directly to a Wiki project. WarriorScribe 09:44, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
