On reverting your edits
[edit]Dear fellow user, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your input.
Unfortunately, most of your contributions have had to be reverted, as they were in disagreement with some important Wikipedia guidelines: they did not cite reliable medical sources, only commercial websites. Moreover, templates are not supposed to just store text. Finally, you marked as minor edits that were not. Please check these out:
- Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources
- Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources (medicine)
- Wikipedia:Template namespace

I now realize you may have meant to write an article on ayurvedic treatment of heart disease. Why don't you take a look at this first: Wikipedia:Your first article.
There are many ways to write on ayurvedic treatments and alternative medicine in Wikipedia, you just need to become more familiar with the above guidelines. --NikosGouliaros (talk) 19:25, 21 December 2014 (UTC)
- Hello again.
- Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Thrissur. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it.
- Please keep in mind that there is a much better way to use Wikipedia to make ayurvedic treatments better known: try to improve the articles that talk about Ayurveda, always using reliable sources and encyclopedic style.--NikosGouliaros (talk) 18:07, 22 December 2014 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Coronary artery disease treatment in ayurveda
[edit]The article Coronary artery disease treatment in ayurveda has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- unsourced essay with no clear relationship to the purported topic
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. While creating your first article as a template is an easily fixed error, articles on medical subjects demand solid sourcing. You have a week to improve the article or it is likely to be deleted. You may want to convert the article to a WP:DRAFT. The Big Bad Wolfowitz (aka Hullaballoo) (talk) 20:54, 21 December 2014 (UTC)
