Hi there. You can request that a page be semi-protected (meaning that it can only be edited by registered users), but typically that requires a long history of vandalism from a wide range of IP addresses. If the vandalism is just coming from one or a few addresses or users, those can be individually blocked if they repeatedly ignore warnings to stop.

However, I think your main concern right now should not be vandals, but establishing the notability of the organization in question: a local student group at a smallish university does not normally merit inclusion in Wikipedia, unless they've attracted significant independent media attention (meaning more than just the campus newspaper or similar). I think it's only a question of time until someone nominates CSSJ for deletion on the grounds that it doesn't satisfy the notability guidelines for organizations. If you want to prevent that, you'd better cite some reliable sources documenting that the group is indeed significant in a wider context. Hqb (talk) 08:49, 3 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 06:41, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
