Spamming

[edit]

It appears the articles you created, addiction intervention and drug intervention, were added to the encyclopedia only to push some website. Wikipedia does not tolerate spamming, and I warn you now that if you continue, you may find youself blocked. If these were not created for spamming purposes, I apologise for the harshness of my message, and request you familiarise yourself with our external link and reliable source guidelines. The articles have not been deleted, just heavily modified to be more in line with our policies. Apologies if I have accused you of something you did not do, but the articles did look very spammy, and I am not the only person to think that. Please remember that sources cited have to be reliable and articles should be written from the neutral point of view. J Milburn (talk) 20:24, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
As I say, the articles are not deleted, just modified. A lot of the content was removed because it was innappropriate- Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a how-to guide. I am watching both the articles, so if you introduce anything inappropriate, I'll let you know what the problem is. You may want to familiarise yourself with some of our major policies and guidelines. J Milburn (talk) 21:06, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
