Dear WillyK999. First of all a remark : you shouldn't realy edit the talk archive, new reamerks belong on the main talk page. Otherwie I have a hrd time finding new entries. Regarding your question : Now that you have a user name, you shouldn't worry to much about warnings on IP-account pages, since this doesn't really effect you now that you have a user page. But if it's important to you, I will remove the warning, as it seems it should have been directed primarily at 168.9.39.44 instead of 166.82.95.162.
