[edit]

I'd just like to say what a fantastic job your doing with the duel (ride) edits thank you. My grammar's terrible in encyclopedic mode thank you very much for tidying up any mistakes I make, much appreciated.

Yours truly, Antidanguy.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. London Dungeon

[edit]

Hi. I'm sure your London Dungeon edits are correct but they are unreferenced. If there are any references you can add to support them then that would help a lot. --DanielRigal (talk) 22:10, 21 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to Oingo Boingo, without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Binksternet (talk) 14:49, 9 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

So-Lo page

[edit]

Apologies if my comment on your (I'm assuming it was yours) last So-Lo edit seemed brusque. Re-reading it now, it seems harsher than I intended. I think our differing views on this are very minor. --The Keymaster (talk) 12:12, 13 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Oingo Boingo and punk

[edit]

Hi there. I'm not going to revert your edit as Danny does talk about being punk-inspired there, but we actually can't use YouTube clips uploaded by people who don't own the clip. Instead, why don't you properly cite the documentary that clip comes from? Thanks. 45.74.67.15 (talk) 04:20, 6 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Punk vandalism.

[edit]

Thanks for ending that sticky situation with the edit warrior by providing a good citation. Incidentally, do you know how to report users? I want to see that ruffian get what's coming to him. Lynchenberg (talk) 17:13, 2 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, and jolly good show for re-adding the citation on the orchestrator! That'll be one in the eye for the vandals, eh? Lynchenberg (talk) 18:52, 2 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Nirvana and Oingo Boingo

[edit]

I say old boy, here's the article where Kurt Cobain discusses the influence Oingo Boingo (and Devo!) had on Nirvana: https://www.mojo4music.com/articles/5248/kurt-cobain-quotes-from-moving-in-utero-interview Guess that'd be where AllMusic got that information from, wot? Lynchenberg (talk) 18:54, 2 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I dare say, it might've been their alternative rock period as Boingo that influenced Nirvana, mmmmmmm? Lynchenberg (talk) 19:00, 2 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
