Question

Hello,
I had a question concerning the cite page. There is not talk page or such for this page because it is a 'special page'. I am not sure where I can put my comments concerning this page. It is about the Dutch cite page, I think there is a mistake in it so I want to discuss this. Anyone can help me out?
Sorry for any mistakes I made in this 'script' it is my first Talk Page post.
