Speedy deletion of Charlie Fine

A tag has been placed on Charlie Fine requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. some advice

sorry, but I had to delete this article--we're an encyclopedia, not a social networking site. The purpose is not to list everyone on earth, but to include the sort of people one would expect to find in an encyclopedia. If one did not have to be notable, no one would care about what's here in the first place. . In the meantime, there's lots of things to do here -- so Welcome!
