I'm afraid the link in question does not meet Wikipedia's guidelines for external links since sana-commerce.com is not an informational site but a website promoting one specific company and their products. The link you suggested instead leads to a fact sheet for that company's products, which means that it is not relevant or appropriate for an article about shopping cart software in general. Since you mentioned "our website" I assume that you are affiliated with the company; if so, you should take a look at this FAQ.
