ACC Request

Hello, I am part of the Account Creation team, and need verification on a request made on the system. Request number 142874 with username Z4KJ0N3S was made with a comment claiming it was you and you wanted the username as a Doppelgänger account (please see Wikipedia:Sock puppetry#Legitimate uses for more infomation) and I need to know if the request was made by you, or someone trying to impersonate you.
