@Tide rolls: - I've had a look through some of their more recent edits, and didn't see anything that particularly indicated promotionalism. Regarding the initial block, I couldn't spot an organisation within the edits I checked similar/same as Zaxep, and a quick google didn't bring anything clear to the top. @Tide rolls: Excellent find, thank you. I can see why left the determination on promotional edits as non-concluded. Normally, this set of things, along with the unblock request, suggest UPE. However, even having looked at some more edits, they haven't particularly suggested promotional. I'm inclined to ask the user for a new username again, and unblock and watch - any thoughts on that? yes that's my business page on google, but it's not a company, because my hobby is writing, sharing information, wherever I am like that, but I never receive money, there are many other ways to provide information to readers, not necessarily on Wikipedia all true, I often see bad things on Wikipedia (Indonesia) when filling in data with the reality is very different, and here when I write it right, even get blamed and blocked, I can't edit it anymore, yes maybe you think it's a company and I will get money, but actually I just love to write to provide information that i know.
