The above-mentioned article should not be deleted it is of relevance to the public and users of Wikipedia, as there is no other article covering or addressing the subject-matter; notwithstanding the foregoing, it needs to be worked more, but up to now the reference it contains is correct and verifiable, as it takes you to the Mexican Legal Statute itself, which forms part of Mexico's rule of law, and is not subject to any dispute (and has been in full force and effect since 1948).Victor.Aguirre-Lopez (talk) 21:36, 10 March 2014 (UTC)
Speedy criterion A7 is only applicable for people, companies, groups, and the othert specifically enumerated cases in WP:CSD. challenges to notability for other topics must be done by WP:PROD or WP:AFD. For that matter, Gambling in Mexico would seem a perfectly notable topic, regardless of whether it is currently adequately referenced. or whether it needs expansion. It might be worth a check whether it is already covered under another title.
Nor does it apply to ships, or other products or objects. Nor does it apply to TV episodes, or any creative work. See the extensive talk page archives at WT:AFD for n explanation of why the criterion is limited.
A state basketball tournament, even at the high school level, might possibly be significant. It's reasonable that a contributor might think so. Passing A7 does not require notability, just some indication of rational importance.
Stoneholm brookline does not seem like advertising, but description. Again, it does not need referencing, but unreferenced is not a reason for deletio nat speedy--or indeed at AfD. We delete those that are unable to be referenced, not those currently unreferenced.
Other admins and experienced editors have removed a considerable number of your other speedy tags. I must insist asa reviewing administrator here that you stop placing speedy deletion notices on articles until you have read and understood pWP:Deletion policy and WP:CSD. It is extremely important to the survival of WP that no contributors not be unnecessarily discouraged.
