What I'd like to do is create a thorough protected NPOV manual which explores all the issues pertaining to the representation of Cuba. This could take place over a number of sub pages with various links to different aspects. The initial aim is to clearly present the arguments so as not to have to rehash old tedious arguments again. I see a real gain in referring difficult editors to such a manual, these editors may continue to disagree with particular aspects. But it is hoped that new wikipedians would find it easier to articulate their concerns and it should help the process of reaching consensus.--Zleitzen 17:53, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
