[edit]

The recent edit you made to Prof. Ahliman Tapdg Amiraslanov has been reverted, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. A tag has been placed on Prof. Ahliman Tapdg Amiraslanov requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. I've removed the speedy deletion nomination for your page, but please make sure it falls within Wikipedia's guidelines for notability and doesn't contain any copyright violations. Thanks, Vicenarian (talk) 22:00, 19 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Prof. Ahliman Tapdg Amiraslanov, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Brianga (talk) 00:12, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The content that you have just replaced was discussed at the BLP noticeboard and there was no consensus to include it, so it stays out, please do not replace it without further discussion and a clear consensus of support to do so at the WP:BLPN thanks Off2riorob (talk) 21:51, 1 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Howard Manoian has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Marginal notability and for only one event, combined with what appears to be a deletion request on behalf of the subject. In borderline notability cases like this I hope we can take that into consideration.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
